pk97's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the verified real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
pk97 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the platform at all times.
pk97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pk97 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk97 does not sell personal data to third parties.
